Cookie statement.

This statement is issued by Dispatchr Labs Inc. ("we", "us") and covers two properties: this marketing website at godispatchr.ai (the "Site") and the dispatchr application at dispatchr.dev (the "App"). They behave differently, so this statement addresses each in turn.

First, the vocabulary. A cookie is a small text file a website places on your device so it can recognize you on later requests. Local storage (including session storage) is a browser database a site can use for the same purpose without a file. A tracking pixel is a tiny embedded resource, often an invisible image, whose only job is to report that you loaded a page. Together with device fingerprinting, these are the standard tools for identifying and following visitors. This statement covers all of them.

The Site does not use any of the technologies described above. Specifically:

• No first-party cookies. We set none, not even a session cookie, because nothing on the Site requires one.
• No third-party cookies. The Site loads no third-party scripts, analytics, advertising, embedded widgets, or social plugins, so no one else can set cookies through it either.
• No local storage or session storage for tracking. We do not write identifiers of any kind to your browser's storage.
• No tracking pixels and no fingerprinting. We do not attempt to identify your device by its characteristics.

This is why the Site has no cookie banner. Consent banners exist to collect consent, and there is nothing here to consent to. The only data processing connected to your visit happens on the server, not in your browser: standard server logs, kept for at most 30 days and described in full in our Privacy policy.

You do not have to take our word for it. Open your browser's developer tools while viewing any page of the Site (usually F12, or Cmd+Option+I on a Mac) and look at the storage inspector: the "Application" panel in Chrome and Edge, or the "Storage" panel in Firefox and Safari. You will find the cookie list for this domain empty, and local storage and session storage empty as well. The "Network" panel will show requests going only to the Site's own host. We would genuinely like you to check.

The App at dispatchr.dev is a working product with accounts, so it does use a small, deliberate set of technologies:

• Strictly necessary cookies. First-party session and authentication cookies that sign you in, keep your session secure, and protect against request forgery. The App cannot function without them, and the law does not require consent for cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for.
• Product analytics. First-party usage telemetry processed by PostHog on PostHog Cloud EU, hosted in the European Union, acting as our subprocessor. It tells us which features are used and where the product breaks, so we can improve it. Where the law requires consent for anything beyond strictly necessary cookies, the App collects it before setting them.

That is the complete list. How the App processes account and test data is described in our Privacy policy, and use of the App is governed by the Beta terms.

Neither the Site nor the App uses advertising cookies, retargeting, social media pixels, or any technology that follows you across other websites. Analytics data from the App is used only to improve the product: it is never sold, never shared with advertisers or data brokers, and never combined with data from other companies to build a profile of you. This applies everywhere we operate, not just where the law demands it.

If the Site ever introduces cookies or any similar technology, or the App's list above grows, we will update this statement first, with a new "last updated" date and a description of exactly what is set, why, and for how long. Where the law requires consent (as it does in the EU/EEA for anything that is not strictly necessary), we will ask for that consent properly, before anything touches your device, not after.
